The hotel is conveniently located close to BodyTech fitness center and provides a free shuttle to the international airport. the Berrini Avenue area has several nice restaurants and shops, while the Morumbi mall is just a short cab ride away. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with plenty of pillows and bathrobe and slippers provided. the breakfast buffet has a good selection of food including fresh fruits and juices, and the staff provides exceptional service.

The gym equipment could use some improvement, as some of the machines are not well maintained.

The room was very bright and full of light. The fitness room at the rooftop was small yet well equipped and maintained. It featured fabulous view of the city.The stuff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Answered all my needs, including some tough ones.

For a 4 stars hotel it was dull on facilities and practically has no lobby.

The bed here is really comfortable, and there are some nice small restaurants nearby.

It was a great hotel. Vila Olímpia neighborhood is worth seeing. Private parking available onsite...

Location was excellent for business in the Brooklin area of Sao Paulo. Access to Centro was OK. Room was comfortable, hotel restuarant was comfortable, good for business lunch.

Internet access was on and off - mostly off and was always slow and problematic. This should be fixed. (May have been partly due to the flooding of the weeks before.)

The fitness centre at the top floor provides a great view to Sao Paulo. Breakfast was ok. Providing free internet (although with slow speed) is a nice gesture too.

The lobby is small and creates a very impersonal atmosphere.

During my Easter break, I had a pleasant stay at a hotel with nice amenities and convenient location. The breakfast served was satisfactory, and the staff was helpful in making recommendations for local attractions. The hotel was centrally located with many restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to explore the area. the room was cleaned thoroughly each day, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in.

The only downside of my stay was that the air conditioning in the room was not strong enough to keep the room cool during the warm afternoons. I found myself having to leave the room and spend time outside to escape the heat.

I had a very comfortable stay at this luxurious hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and all the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the quality was maintained no matter what time I had it. The staff deserves a special mention for their hospitality and goodwill. They made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The hotel staff had a hard time communicating in English, which made ordering food a bit difficult. the rooms could use updating and maintenance in some areas.
